Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Local Performance Marketing
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and coach franchise owners on local integrated marketing
plans and performance metrics
Present marketing plans during onboarding and provide
recommendations for achieving break-even targets
Develop reporting on franchise participation in programs that drive
qualified leads and revenue
Required Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a franchise service
or retail industry
5+ years of experience with digital marketing, with a strong
analytical focus
Four-year college degree in Marketing or a related field
Proven track record of delivering results in a high growth
environment
Experience in relationship building with franchise owners
