To assist in

1) Delivering technical, mechanical, & sales support to B2B customers requiring digital ecosystem support such as IoT & Embedded Field

2) Reviewing technical specifications of customer requirements and use product knowledge to deliver quality

3) Investigating failure modes on various models of digital ecosystem products to solve the issues and implement corrective actions to solve issues

4) Drafting documentations of product testing & Feedback and use data mining techniques to find errors and propose corrective actions

5) Supporting cross functional team to assist in developing prototypes for digital ecosystem products s and offer OEM/ODM service for end-to-end customizations

6) Working with the Engineering, Quality & Operations teams to ensure optimization of product manufacturing

Requirements:

BS Degree Mechanical Engineering and 1 year of work experience.
