Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Recruiting to lead and
enhance Clinical Provider Network Development Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage one or more sub-functional areas through various
levels of recruiting professionals
Drive recruiting initiatives to meet business goals while ensuring
clinical quality and network sustainability
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to improve program
efficiency and manage resource allocation
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on
leading geographically-dispersed teams
At least 5 years of recruitment management experience, including
oversight of recruiting managers
Proven track record in developing impactful recruiting strategies
aligned with business needs
Experience leveraging Recruiting Analytics for actionable insights
and effective communication
Ability to execute initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving
environment
