Co-Manager Job Description

As a Co-Manager at Hobby Lobby, you will play a key role in providing operational leadership within your assigned location. This includes lending your merchandising expertise to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout your assigned area.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Store Manager to provide operational leadership and support.
• Developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve store presentation.
• Providing training and guidance to new and existing team members to ensure their success.Requirements include previous retail management experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Starting salary range is $62,000 to $69,000 plus bonus annually, with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and prescription benefits, 401(k) program, paid vacation, and more.
