Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Tech I responsible
for Tier I software and hardware support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide software and hardware support for employees, sales reps,
and customers
Diagnose and resolve problems using documented procedures and
checklists
Enter call data into a tracking system and escalate issues to
higher-level support as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or technical institute
degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
related field
1 to 2 years of IT work experience in computer systems or
support
Demonstrated knowledge of basic hardware and software products
Experience with call tracking systems and Help Desk practices
Familiarity with tools such as Ivanti, AD, 2FA, and Outlook
functionality
