Job Description:

Strategic Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Technician to join the team at one of the leading medical hospitals in the country. This is a 12-month contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will be experienced in supporting and programming CS2100 and CS1000 phone systems, as well as managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of various telecom systems across a large campus.

This is an onsite position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST at the Main Campus in Cleveland.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete requests for moves, adds, changes, deletions, and repairs of phones and voicemail systems
Support the Telecom standardization project across the hospital network
Handle moves, adds, changes, and repairs of IP, digital, and analog phones
Troubleshoot and maintain telecom systems within a large campus environment
Ensure proper wiring, installation, and color coding for all stations and campus wiring
Provide support for CS2100 and CS1000 phone programming and configurations
Work with the Genband/Ribbon system (nice to have)

Candidate Requirements:

Required:
Experience with CS2100 phone programming and support
Proficiency in moves, adds, changes, and repair of IP, digital, and analog phones
Familiarity with campus wiring and color code standards
Experience with CS1000 phone programming and support


Nice to Have:
Experience with Genband/Ribbon systems
