Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated refractory
construction/precast shape business development manager to join our
growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
driving sales growth within iron and steel, aluminum, ceramic, and
other heat intensive industries, establishing and maintaining
client relationships, and promoting our construction
services/precast shape manufacturing to potential clients. This
role requires a strong understanding of the refractory industry,
excellent communication skills, and results-driven
mindset.Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business
opportunities within iron and steel, aluminum, ceramic, and other
heat intensive industries. Develop and implement strategic sales
plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their
refractory requirements.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends,
competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize insights
to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with project managers and
engineering teams to prepare accurate and competitive proposals and
bids. Ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to
secure profitable projects while ensuring customer
satisfaction.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking
functions to represent the company and promote our services.
Cultivate a robust professional network within the construction
industry.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities,
pipeline, and customer interactions in the company CRM. Provide
regular sales reports to management.
- Travel as required (day trips and overnight trips)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a
related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction or industrial
sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving
revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of industrial construction processes,
materials, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Benefits:
