Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist to manage
provider credentialing processes and maintain compliance with
regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with providers and manage their credentialing
requirements
Track and resolve credentialing issues while ensuring compliance
with state regulations
Compile information for the Credentialing Committee and support the
Dispute Resolution Process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4 years of functional
experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in handling escalated issues and resolving conflicts
Experience working with providers on credentialing policies and
procedures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment
Demonstrated ability to balance provider needs with corporate
objectives
