Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Labor Associate to join our team in Kent, Ohio. In this role, you will be a key part of our assembly and maintenance team, performing a variety of tasks to ensure the highest quality of our trailers.Location: Kent, OhioShift: 1st Shift (6 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Thursday, plus OT)Pay: Starting at $18/hr, paid weeklyKey Responsibilities:Fabrication: Moving aluminum sheets to machines, polishing edges.Material Preparation: Prepare and grind sheets for trailer assembly.Yard Work: Disassemble pallets and maintain general yard cleanliness and order.Requirements:Experience with Tools: Proficiency in using powered hand tools including circular saws, band saws, air impact tools, air and electric drills, grinders, and wire crimpers.Measurement and Blueprint Reading: Ability to use a tape measure accurately and read blueprints.Physical Requirements: Comfortable with lifting up to 50-55 lbs.Apply Now:Join us and contribute to creating high-quality trailers with a team that values craftsmanship and teamwork.
